Moving around is a life-changer.

I’ve been averaging more than 10 thousand steps, and sometimes much more over the past few days. Have been going to the gym to lift weights consistently, and it’s been so nice.

Of course things will get tougher as I resume with “life”, since housejob starts around May, but I will try my best to at least get a few steps in, at the least, even if gym becomes difficult.

I have been slacking off on the writing freelance articles bit, with articles being there and me just not getting the time/motivation to write them.

While my sleep routine is much better than before, it’s kind of off in the sense that while I go to bed early, the only more productive hours are in the early morning till noon while I just become lazy for the rest of the day.

An afternoon nap might help, and I’ll try experimenting with it tomorrow.
