Sentences shouldn’t start with “I”. Headings, even more so.
Shouldn’t use the word more so, it’s outdated. If I listened to every bit of advice out there, and perfected my words, there would be zero posts on this blog.
Honestly, I have no idea how often I’ll post here. I have no idea what the posts are going to be about. Or what I’m going to eventually do with the blog. However, I won’t let it die, or be stagnant, at least within the first six months.
I haven’t been productive at all in the past month, partly because it’s Ramadan, partly because it’s after one of the most hectic few months of my life, preparing for Step 1, immediately followed by my final year exams. Alhamdulillah, I cleared both of them, but it’s mostly due to Allah miya’s favor.
I have spent Ramadan doing two things mostly, and one of them is sleeping amply. The other thing is the maqsad of Ramdan. In a broken way, I’ve taken steps towards strenghtening my connection with Allah.
With around a day left in the end of Ramadan, and around a month left till the beginning of housejob, I’m left to wonder whether I’ll let the next 30 days be as unproductive as the last 30 were, for the most part.
If I don’t want that to happen, I need to start taking action. I need to start writing the stuff I need to do versus I want to do. And then get going. Time’s running out.
This post is the first step that I took. Maybe I’ll continue writing each day. Or every few days. Let’s see where we end up. I have no idea when I’ll share the blog on my socials. Right now, it’s a vacant room with no one to see what’s going on.
But I really don’t the “validation” of ooo wow it’s back up, i can’t wait to read stuff. that would give me false validation and a dopamine rush that I don’t deserve right now with the minimum work.
Let’s get a few posts in, something going on in life, get the scaffolding of the website set up, and then share it with the world. It could wait so long, it can wait a bit more.
